C.A.R.E. is an in-depth workshop with a TEAM BUILDING purpose about Strengths Based Development and Building an Interdependent culture. The Gallup Strengths Assessment revealing their Top 5 (out of 34) Talent Themes is a pre-requisite for this Workshop. The C.A.R.E. workshop will be an interactive learning process as we partner in Detecting their Talents, coach them to Develop them into Strengths and Direct their breakthroughs so we may all Delight each other with our Strengths toward the journey of aligning and achieving both personal and the Organization’s Vision, Mission, and Goals through a Strategic Interdependence framework. There will be deeper conversations and introspections from an individual in the context of working in teams.
